Shipping & Handling
Every effort is made to get your items to you quickly, cheaply and in good condition! Conventions or other constrains on our time may occasionally lengthen this period (but orders are shipped immediately upon return). Questions about order status may be directed to orders@badgergames.com.
Badger Games LLC is not responsible for customs taxes or other duties which may be charged by your locality.
Additionally, Badger Games offers insurance at Checkout. Badger Games is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit and often shippers offer minimal insurance covered in their shipping fees. We recommend you opt for insurance, especially on large orders.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic US Shipping is 10% of order value with a $7.50 minimum charge on orders under $50.00 and $10.00 on orders between $50.00 and $100.00*
*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Overseas Territories adds an additional 5% to the shipping charges.
*We ship domestically using USPS Priority Mail. Other shipping options and speeds are available but charged at cost.
**Appropriate State and Local taxes are charged to Wisconsin residents
INternational Shipping
Canada and Mexico: 20% of order value with a minimum $15.00 charge
European Union and UK: 25% of order value with a minimum $20.00 charge
Rest of World: 27% of order value with a minimum $22.50 charge
* The above shipping rates are estimates for shipping & Handling. Refunds may be issued or requests for additional shipping costs may be made at the discretion of Badger Games LLC depending on products ordered. Badger Games will contact you if additional shipping is required. Badger will return excess shipping but reserves the right to maintain handling fees on small orders.
Convention Pick-up
There is no shipping or handling for convention pick-up. If you will be attending a convention that we attend we will gladly bring your items to you free of charge. Just be certain it is a convention we attend. After placing the order, please send us an email at to send us an email at orders@badgergames.com letting us know what convention to bring your items to.
All orders for convention pick-up MUST be placed at least one week prior to the first day of the convention!

RETURN POLICY
Badger Games LLC is generally happy to accept returns. If you need to make a return for any reason please contact us first via email. Please do not send items back before contacting Badger Games LLC.
If a return is required for a defective item or incorrect item in an order, Badger Games will issue a refund or a replacement after the item has been returned to us with an additional refund of the customer’s postage to return said item(s) to us.
In all other cases (order created by mistake, change of heart, etc.), returns may be granted by Badger Games LLC. Customer must return items to Badger Games at their expense and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Badger Games LLC reserves the right to refuse returns not required by fault of Badger Games LLC. Original postage to customer in such cases will not be refunded. Items not in original packaging may not be returned.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Any refunds are made using the exact same payment form as the original purchase.
