Meet Bloom, an orc mage. Myself & sculptor Phil Hynes have worked together to make a strong female orc that is simply “cool” , not gross or comedy (a common pitfall for many non human or larger size miniatures).

In Bloom’s tribe, it’s common to see women taking part in the combat as melee fighters, but also on the sidelines as spellcasters. Bloom generally keeps herself to herself, spending most of her time deep in study. Nobody gives her any jip for this, as come battle time – she’s out there, dazzling the enemy with never before seen spells and hexes. And who needs mana when you have fairy dust, fresh from source?
