This is a miniature pack from our range of Wilderness Encounters, denizens of the tangled forests, desolate moors and fetid swamps of your fantasy gaming campaigns.  Many are benign, and willing to assist brave adventurers as they explore the wilds; but many more are malicious and powerful foes.

This model represents a hydra, a ferocious lizard-like creature with five snake-like heads.  Hydras hunt the most dismal of swamps and are sometimes found in dark caverns and abandoned ruins.

This model was sculpted by John Pickford, and it is cast in polyurethane resin.  It is a large multi-part kit, which fits together easily.  It stands at 170mm long, from tail to nose.

All our miniatures are sold unassembled and unpainted.
