Clontarf was a bit of a Pyrrhic victory for the Irish forces, losing Brian and many of his sons and chieftains. This wonderful set provides Brian’s son Murchad, who is described as wielding two swords in the Irish epics. Sadly, like Brian, Murchad too would fall at Clontarf, but not before felling several jarls in single combat
