This kit contains a double-storey building, with no interior detailing, with a small balcony that can combine with the other Urbes Mortis buildings to create a larger urban area. The roof terrace and upper floor can be removed for add-on kits to increase the height of the building and there are magnet points for attaching bridges and balconies.

Includes stained glass windows and magnets.
