This kit contains a single-storey add-on, with no interior detailing, with a large balcony that can combine with the other Urbes Mortis buildings to create a larger urban area. Added as a mid-piece to other kits to increase the height of the building, or combined with a floor and roof terrace to make a separate building, it also contains magnet points for attaching bridges and balconies.

Includes stained glass windows and magnets.
