JUGULA Gladiator – Provocator.

With an armatura evocative of the Roman legionary, the Provocator was armed with a gladius and equipped with a scutum and leg greaves, all of which would not look out of place on a Roman soldier. The Provocator also had a distinctive piece of armour, the cardiophylax, which protected his upper torso without going down to the abdomen.
